Turkey & Veggie Lettuce Wraps
Protein: ~30 g per 3 wraps
Ingredients:

1 lb lean ground turkey

1 tbsp olive oil
-
2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp fresh grated ginger

1 cup shredded carrots
-
½ cup diced water chestnuts
-
2 tbsp coconut aminos (or low-sodium soy sauce)

8–10 butter lettuce leaves
Directions:

Heat oil in a skillet. Add garlic & ginger; sauté 30 sec.

Add turkey, cook until browned. Stir in carrots, chestnuts, and aminos; simmer 2 min.

Spoon into lettuce leaves; serve warm.
