Sheet-Pan Salmon & Asparagus

Ingredients:

2 salmon fillets (5–6 oz each)

1 bunch asparagus, trimmed

2 tsp olive oil

1 lemon, sliced

1 tsp dried dill (or fresh)

Salt & pepper

¼ cup Greek yogurt
Directions:

Heat oven to 425°F. Place salmon & asparagus on sheet pan.

Drizzle with oil, season with dill, salt, pepper. Top salmon with lemon slices.

Roast 12–15 min. Mix yogurt + lemon juice for a sauce.
