Lemon Herb Grilled Chicken with Roasted Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 1 tsp dried oregano

  • 1 large head broccoli, cut into florets

  • Salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Whisk oil, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper. Marinate chicken 15 minutes.

  2. Roast broccoli at 425°F for 20 minutes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  3. Grill chicken 5–6 minutes per side until cooked through.

  4. Serve with roasted broccoli.
