Lemon Herb Grilled Chicken with Roasted Broccoli

Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 tbsp olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

Juice of 1 lemon

1 tsp dried oregano

1 large head broccoli, cut into florets

Salt & pepper
Instructions

Whisk oil, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper. Marinate chicken 15 minutes.

Roast broccoli at 425°F for 20 minutes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Grill chicken 5–6 minutes per side until cooked through.

Serve with roasted broccoli.
