Turkey Taco Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground turkey

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp chili powder

  • 1 tsp cumin

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • ½ cup salsa (no sugar added)

  • 12 romaine lettuce leaves

  • ½ cup shredded cheese

  • Optional: avocado, jalapeño, cilantro

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in skillet. Cook turkey until browned.

  2. Stir in chili powder, cumin, paprika, and salsa. Simmer 5 minutes.

  3. Spoon mixture into lettuce leaves, top with cheese and toppings.
