Sheet-Pan Salmon & Asparagus

Protein: ~34 g
Ingredients:

  • 2 salmon fillets (5–6 oz each)

  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed

  • 2 tsp olive oil

  • 1 lemon, sliced

  • 1 tsp dried dill (or fresh)

  • Salt & pepper

  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 425°F. Place salmon & asparagus on sheet pan.

  2. Drizzle with oil, season with dill, salt, pepper. Top salmon with lemon slices.

  3. Roast 12–15 min. Mix yogurt + lemon juice for a sauce.
