Super Easy Baked Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops (bone-in or boneless, about 1 inch thick)

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon paprika

  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar or brown sugar

  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder

  • 2 teaspoons onion powder

  • 1½ teaspoons dried oregano

  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven
    Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Make the seasoning
    In a small bowl, mix together paprika, coconut sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.

  3. Season the pork chops
    Place pork chops on a rimmed baking sheet or in a baking dish.
    Drizzle both sides with olive oil, then rub the seasoning evenly over each chop.

  4. Bake
    Bake uncovered for 15–20 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.

  5. Rest and serve
    Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes to keep them juicy.
    Spoon pan juices over the top and serve.
