Protein-Packed Turkey Bolognese

Ingredients

  • 1½ lbs ground turkey

  • 1 Tbsp olive oil

  • 1 small onion, diced

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 jar marinara sauce

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • Salt & pepper

  • Pasta of choice (or lentil/chickpea pasta for extra protein)

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in large skillet. Sauté onion 3–4 minutes.

  2. Add garlic and turkey; cook until browned.

  3. Stir in marinara and seasoning. Simmer 10–15 min.

  4. Serve over pasta spaghetti squash or zucchini noodles.
