Protein-Packed Turkey Bolognese

Ingredients

1½ lbs ground turkey

1 Tbsp olive oil

1 small onion, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 jar marinara sauce

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt & pepper

Pasta of choice (or lentil/chickpea pasta for extra protein)
Instructions

Heat oil in large skillet. Sauté onion 3–4 minutes.

Add garlic and turkey; cook until browned.

Stir in marinara and seasoning. Simmer 10–15 min.

Serve over pasta spaghetti squash or zucchini noodles.
