One-Pan Italian Turkey & Veggie Skillet

Think pizza flavors… but healthier, faster, and all in one pan.

Ingredients:
• 1 lb ground turkey
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 yellow onion, diced
• 2 bell peppers, diced
• 1 zucchini, diced
• 1 cup marinara (low-sugar)
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• Salt & pepper
• Optional: sprinkle of mozzarella for kids/family

Directions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet.
  2. Add onion, peppers, and zucchini; cook 4–5 minutes.
  3. Add ground turkey; cook until browned.
  4. Stir in marinara, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Simmer 5 minutes until thickened.
  6. Serve over cauliflower rice, spaghetti squash, pasta for kids, or mixed greens.
