One-Pan Chicken Sausage, Veggies & Potatoes
High-protein, colorful, hearty — a total crowd pleaser.
Ingredients:
• 1–1.5 lbs chicken or turkey sausage links (precooked)
• 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
• 1 red bell pepper, sliced
• 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
• 1 red onion, sliced
• 1–2 zucchini, cut into half moons
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning
• Salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Spread potatoes on a sheet pan, drizzle with olive oil, salt, pepper; bake 10 minutes.
- Add all remaining veggies and sausage slices to the pan.
- Season with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
- Toss and roast another 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway.
