4 pork chops (bone-in or boneless, about 1 inch thick)

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon paprika

1 tablespoon coconut sugar or brown sugar

2 teaspoons garlic powder

2 teaspoons onion powder

1½ teaspoons dried oregano

1 teaspoon kosher salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions

Preheat the oven
Preheat oven to 400°F. -
Make the seasoning
In a small bowl, mix together paprika, coconut sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. -
Season the pork chops
Place pork chops on a rimmed baking sheet or in a baking dish.
Drizzle both sides with olive oil, then rub the seasoning evenly over each chop. -
Bake
Bake uncovered for 15–20 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F. -
Rest and serve
Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes to keep them juicy.
Spoon pan juices over the top and serve.
