Phase Two: Integration & Strength (3–6 Months)

Goal: Turn new habits into an empowering lifestyle.

This is where the foundation becomes your new normal. We deepen your strength, refine your nutrition, and build confidence in your ability to live with balance and consistency

What You’ll Experience:

  1. Master nutrition for hormones, metabolism, and energy — without rigid dieting.

  2. Progressive strength & mobility plans (no in-person training after Phase 1).
  3. Hormone & metabolism education for midlife.
  4. Group calls, mini-workshops, and habit challenges.
  5. Meditation and Mindfulness incorporation.
  6. Stress, sleep & recovery tools.
  7. Ongoing coaching weekly and daily messaging.
  8. Access to my full resource library: recipes, meal guides, updated science, and tools.
  9. Weekly live workout and recording to do if can’t make the online class.

After 6 months, you’ll accomplish:

  1. Steadier energy and fewer mid-day crashes.
  2. Noticeable strength and muscle tone.
  3. Better sleep and calmer mood.
  4. Food freedom — confidence in meals, not guilt or confusion.
