  • Personal strength-training sessions 10 sessions over 12 weeks, other two weeks includes initial consultation and transition coaching session on week 12.

Integration + Strength

3-6 months

  • Master nutrition for hormones, metabolism, and energy — without rigid dieting.
  • Progressive strength & mobility plans (no in-person training after Phase 1).
  • Midlife hormone + metabolism education.
  • Group calls, mini-workshops, and habit challenges.
  • Meditation + Mindfulness practice.
  • Stress, sleep & recovery tools.
  • Ongoing coaching weekly and daily messaging.
  • Full access to my resource library: recipes, meal guides, science + tools.
  • Weekly live workout and recording to do if can’t make the online class.

6-12 months

Here your focus shifts from building healthy habits to living them with confidence and consistency. This phase is about transforming how you think about your body and your relationship with food — moving from “knowing what to do” to fully embodying it. You’ll begin to:

  • See your body as a partner to support and celebrate, not something to fix.
  • Build a healthy, intuitive relationship with food — one that nourishes your energy, hormones, and goals without guilt or restriction.
  • Strengthen your mindset and self-trust so that wellness becomes second nature.

One-Time Health Coaching Consultation*

Sometimes you don’t need a full coaching program — you just need direction, clarity, and a plan that actually works for you.

In this 75-minute Health Coaching Consultation, we’ll take a deep dive into your current nutrition, movement, metabolism, mindset, and lifestyle habits. You’ll walk away with a customized, actionable plan designed to help you feel more balanced, energized, and confident in your next steps.

Ideal for: Women seeking expert insight to jumpstart progress, refine their current routine, or get professional guidance before beginning a longer coaching program.

4-Week Refresh

MONTHLY 30-minute check-in to keep your momentum strong. Together we will discuss your successes, challenges, any issues with your focus, question you may have and support you may need in a specific area of our work together. This may be especially beneficial during lifestyle changes, holiday season, pregnancy, travel, injury, grief and more. Open exclusively to already existing clients.

These classes are designed to build real-world strength, improve balance and mobility, and support how you move in everyday life. Workouts are practical, approachable, and effective—using minimal equipment and adaptable to your current level. Can’t attend live? Every class is recorded and added to the member library, giving you ongoing access and consistent support to stay engaged, strong, and confident throughout your journey.
I also offer group classes for existing women’s groups—whether it’s a long-standing women’s circle, a group of friends, or a community looking to move and grow together. These sessions create a supportive, fun environment where women can build strength, confidence, and connection—together.
