Phase Three: Transformation & Identity Shift (6–12 Months)

Embodying Strength, Trust, and Sustainable Change.

The goal: to step fully into the woman you’re meant to be — strong, capable, and thriving, with the clarity and confidence to sustain your progress for life.

Here focus shifts from building healthy habits to living them with confidence and consistency. This phase is about transforming how you think about your body and your relationship with food — moving from “knowing what to do” to fully embodying it.

You’ll begin to:

  1. See your body as a partner to support and celebrate, not something to fix.

  2. Build a healthy, intuitive relationship with food — one that nourishes your energy, hormones, and goals without guilt or restriction.
  3. Strengthen your mindset and self-trust so that wellness becomes second nature.
  4. Here, we focus on deep transformation. It’s not just about habits anymore — it’s about identity. You’ll learn to embody strength, vitality, and confidence so fully that it becomes who you are.

What You’ll Experience:

  1. Advanced mindset & resilience coaching.
  2. Two check in calls in per month adjusted if needed.
  3. Quarterly deep-dive or retreat sessions (virtual or in person).
  4. Specialty workshops: travel nutrition, holidays, bone health, longevity training, inflammation, supplements, current health topics.
  5. Support to advocate for yourself with confidence in health and life decisions.
  6. Refined nutrition & exercise strategies to sustain progress.
  7. Continued community and accountability.
  8. Access to my full resource library: recipes, meal guides, updated science, and tools.
  9. Support, Education Sisterhood group, including guest speakers and complementary therapies, and experiences.

Expected Changes:
