Phase One: Reset & Foundation (0–3 Months)

Goal: Build a solid base and kick-start lasting change.

You’ll begin with a deep-dive consultation where we uncover your history, lifestyle, and goals. From there, I’ll create a personalized roadmap across nutrition, movement, and mindset.

By the end of Phase 1, you’ll feel clearer, stronger, and more energized – Understand your body’s changing needs and build momentum with habits that actually last — ready for the next stage.

Your Program Includes:

  1. Initial 75-minute consultation – a deep dive into your history, lifestyle, goals, and habits
  2. Personalized action plan: nutrition, movement, mindset, and lifestyle
  3. Daily accountability & encouragement through text or email
  4. Weekly Personal Training, in-person consult or Zoom Call
  5. Food logs & feedback to refine meals and balance
  6. Access to my full resource library: recipes, meal guides, updated science, and tools
  7. Exercise plan tailored to your body, schedule, and equipment
  8. Personal strength-training sessions 10 sessions over 12 weeks, other two weeks includes initial consultation and transition coaching session on week 12
