These air fryer salmon bites are quick and easy and oh so tasty! Perfect protein for a salad or eaten all by themselves.
SERVINGS 2

INGREDIENTS

6-8 ounces wild caught salmon cut into 1″ cubes
2 tbsp tamari
1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
sea salt
pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Remove the skin from the filet of salmon
Cut salmon into 1″ cubes
Coat salmon cubes in tamari, maple syrup, salt and pepper
Place on air fryer tray and air fry at 400 for 5 minutes

NOTES
I save the salmon skin and toss in the marinade and air fry along with the cubes. The skin takes longer to cook to get nice and crispy but it is a nice addition to a salad or enjoy as a snack!
